** Unleash Your Femininity through connecting with your creative side. **
During the workshop you will be led through a variety of activities that will connect you with your body & inner being and ultimately unleash your creative, feminine flow.
You start of with a moving meditation, which is followed by a body-led dance. This practice will already center you in your self again so that you are ready for the ultimate part: a beautiful art therapy session.
During the painting process the last remaining barriers are removed and your creativity will flow out of you in unknown ways.
